Booking, Deposit
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To book and secure your Permanent makeup appointment, we require a $35 deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show or late arrival, Organic Face Care reserves the right to retain the deposit for the time we have set aside for you. We appreciate your understanding as everyone’s time is valuable
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance and still wish to reschedule your permanent makeup session for a different date and time, please contact Elena directly. She can keep or transfer your deposit to your future appointment.
If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the procedure, Organic Face Care will retain the deposit.
Late & No Show
Everyone’s time is valuable! Please contact us before your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 20 minutes, the the appointment will be considered “missed” and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to ensure that Elena’s schedule stays on track and to maintain fairness for everyone
Be on Time/INITIAL VISIT
· We kindly request that all first-time clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Our salon is located at J. Lee Salon Suites 5160 East Bay Drive, Largo, Florida 33764.. Please take into account possible traffic jams and road closures, so you can arrive on time.
· Before the scheduled appointment, please proceed to the section “Make an appointment” and submit your photos.
· During the initial visit, all clients MUST carefully read and sign a consent and release form and fill out a health history form to ensure the skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment.
PAYMENT
Organic Face Care accepts the following payment methods:
· All major credit cards (with a 4% transaction fee), Zelle, Cash.
Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
Children, Guests and Pets
· Only clients are allowed in the treatment room.
· Pets are not permitted in the facility as per J. Lee Salon Suites’ privacy policy.
· Please note that individuals receiving a Permanent Makeup procedure must be 18 years or older by the law of the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
· Guests, including children, are not allowed in the studio room during your session.

Additional Treatment Policy
All permanent make-up procedures have two steps.
To achieve the best results for most procedures, you may need to schedule multiple appointments, considering the unique characteristics of your skin. There will be extra fees for touch-up sessions. The final result of the procedure can only be determined after the touch-up is done 6-8 weeks after the initial application. It is your responsibility to follow the touch-up schedule within 2 months of the first procedure. Not following the schedule will result in an additional charge for touch-up services beyond this timeframe.
Permanent Makeup Done by Another Technician
Recoloring permanent makeup that was previously done by another artist is considered a new service and not just a “touch-up”. Therefore, Organic Face Care fees for this procedure will begin at the new permanent makeup prices. Please note that multiple appointments may be necessary to complete most permanent makeup correction procedures. Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that touch-up sessions for maintenance are not covered in the original procedure fee.
Organic Face Care cannot guarantee results for cover-up or corrective work. If the previous tattoo work is very dark, dense, discolored, or large, it is highly recommended to consider non-laser tattoo removal or laser removal if necessary.
For optimal results, it is typically necessary to have multiple sessions for cover-up or corrective work. Please note that charges will be applied accordingly.
Finally, please be informed that all purchases and services provided are non-refundable and final.
